Pure Energy GO features high quality fitness music that is All Rights Included, also referred to as ‘Licence Free’ or ‘Royalty Free’.

✅ You are permitted to play this music in any venue or public space with no additional licence fees to pay.

✅ You are permitted to play this music online, both live streaming and pre-recorded videos, with no licence fees. You may also save your live online videos.

✅ Your video will not get muted or taken down when you play Pure Energy GO music online.

✅ Pure Energy GO can be used in YouTube videos and you can claim the video and audio.

Pure Energy PLUS – PPL Free Music

Pure Energy PLUS features on trend, reimagined versions of known songs, often referred to as ‘cover versions’ or ‘PPL Free’ music.

✅ To play this music in any public space you don’t need a PPL Licence

❌ However your venue must have a PRS licence.

❌ This music can only be played online with a Limited Online Music Licence, and this comes with additional restrictions which are subject to change.

❌ If you play this music online you are at risk of your video being muted or taken down.

Pure Energy Originals – Original Artist Music

Pure Energy Originals albums are fitness music mixes featuring known songs by the original artists and are subject to copyright.

❌ You must have both a PPL and PRS licence in place to play this music in any venue or public space in the UK, or the equivalent in your territory outside of the UK.

❌ These licences do not cover online use.

❌ If you play this music online you are at risk of your video being muted or taken down.
